Helpers on four paws
The right way to deal with dogs has to be learned: What is the best way to approach a dog? How do you touch it? Where does it want to be stroked and how does it play? To ensure that children who grow up without a dog of their own are not afraid of dogs and have the opportunity to learn how to handle them correctly, the human-dog teams of the "Helpers on Four Paws" visit kindergartens, schools and events. They practice with the children the respectful coexistence of two- and four-legged friends. The children learn about the nature and abilities of dogs, they learn to follow certain handling rules and to understand the reactions of dogs.
The helpers on four paws will present their work at Summer & Dogs.
